摘要
对某矿山铜选厂2014年每日生产报表数据进行分析,拟合该选厂入选品位、选矿回收率、精矿品位之间数据关系.根据上海金属交易所铜精矿交易价格与品位之间的关系,确定各种技术指标变化与经济效益之间的函数.基于选厂经济效益与资源利用,采用遗传算法对不同技术指标方案进行搜索寻优,找出最佳方案值对应指标.实践证明,该方法与选厂实际情况吻合,能够为选厂科学生产提供决策支持,提高经济效益.
Analyze the factory daily production report data of a certain copper in 2014,fitting the relationship of the mill feed grade,ore dressing recovery rate,and the grade of concentrate. According to the relationship between the price and the grade of copper concentrate in Shanghai Metal Exchange,the function of the change and economic benefit of various technical indexes is determined. Based on the economic benefit and resource utilization,genetic algorithm is used to search for different technical index,and the corresponding index of optimum scheme is found. Practice has proved that this method is consistent with the actual situation of the plant,and can provide decision support for the scientific production of the plant,improve the economic benefit.
