摘要
基于加快合同管理信息化建设与提高合同管理水平之目的,针对引江济汉工程渠道4标合同实施过程中的检查结果,采用层次分析方法,建立了水利施工企业合同执行评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了人员、设备进场情况、合同管理保证体系建设和工程建设合同管理效果等敏感指标,并对其进行评价。该方法逻辑性较强,且操作简单,评价结果直观清晰,结论基本符合实际情况。
To accelerate the informationization construction and improve the skills of the contract management, an evalu- ation index system and corresponding evaluation thresholds are established using the analytic hierarchical process method to evaluate the contract management of construction companies in water conservancy projects. Then, it is applied to the No. 4 channel section of the Water Diversion Works from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River. Several sensitive eval- uation indicators, such as the construction personnel, equipment entrance, assurance system construction and practieal performance of the contract management, are analyzed and evaluated. It shows that the evaluation system is of strong logic, accurate, clear in evaluation result and also easy to use.
