摘要 低频振荡是电力系统的一种复杂动态行为,关系到电网设备的安全稳定运行。二滩水电站调度侧监控系统曾推送出"低频振荡"信号,故障定位为3号机组。结合同步相量测量装置(PMU)历史数据详细分析事件过程,原因为机组较长时间停留在典型涡带工况区运行,受水力因素影响,强烈的涡带频率压力脉动引发了机组功率产生周期性波动,属于强迫功率振荡。据此提出了相关稳定运行建议措施。 The low-frequency oscillation is a complex dynamic behavior of the power system, which could affect the safe and stable operation of power grid equipment. The process of a low-frequency power oscillation event which is observed in the No. 3 hydro-turbine generator unit in Ertan Hydropower Station is analyzed with the historical data from the phasor measurement unit (PMU). It is found that the periodic power fluctuation of the unit is caused by the strong vortex frequency pressure fluctuation as the unit operates in a typical vortex condition for a long period. Thus, it is a forced power oscillation due to hydraulic factors. Then, treatment measures are proposed correspondingly.
