With the rapid development of current social economy in our country, China＇s real estate economy has entered a stage of rapid development. However, due to the continuous introduction and strengthening the promotion of China＇s real estate economic control policies, the situation of real estate enterprises facing is not good. Due to the late development of China＇s real estate industry, the enterprises should start from the financial management firstly, solve the existing problems in the management of real estate enterprises as soon as possible, and improve the financial management level, to obtain the motive power of long-term sustainable development.
