摘要
随着广州地铁新一轮大线网的飞速开通,对站务员工的需求同步快速上升。2015年开始,广州地铁招聘的站务新员工中,90后员工占比接近95%。从目前生产一线的新上岗站务学员的实际工作现状来看,其实际掌握的业务技能其实并不理想,快速有效提升新入司站务学员的业务技能刻不容缓。
With the rapid opening of Guangzhou new subway lines ,we need more station staffs. Starting from 2015, 95% of the new staffs of Guangzhou metro are post-90s. From the performance o fthe new staffs in the actual work ,we can find that their actual business skills are not ideal. Therefore, improving the business skills of the post- 90s new staffs in service depot is of no delay.
