The Construction of Quality Model for Chinese Entrepreneurs

在大众创业背景下,越来越多的人开始创业。在创业这条道路上,如何才能成为成功的创业者成为了众多学者研究的焦点。论文在对中西方创业者核心素质对比基础上,根据中国特有国情,从心理素质、知识素质、能力素质、身体素质四个方面构建了中国创业者的素质模型。通过构建中国创业者素质模型,提出创业者应具备素质,为创业者成功创业保驾护航。

In the context of mass entrepreneurship, more and more people start their own business. How to become a successful entrepreneur on the road ofentrepreneurship has become the focus of many scholars. Based on the comparison of the core qualities between Chinese and Western entrepreneurs, this paper constructs the quality model of Chinese entrepreneurs from four aspects： psychological quality, knowledge quality, ability and physical quality according to China＇s unique national conditions. Through the construction of the quality model of Chinese entrepreneurs, we propose the qualities that the entrepreneurs should have, these can guarantee the success of entrepreneurs.
