摘要 职业教育作为国家教育结构体系的重要组成部分,受到了国家的高度重视,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020》对职业教育发展提出了明确的任务和要求,《民促法》的三审修订,让职业教育的未来有了更大的发展空间。教育培训企业面对这样的利好政策,如何做好市场营销工作,对未来企业的生存和发展至关重要。论文将重点以成人非学历职业教育作为研究对象,从职业教育行业分析、波特五力模型分析、市场营销策略三个方面进行研究和探讨。 As an important part of the national educational system, vocational education has been highly valued by the state. "The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020" puts forward clear tasks and requirements for the development of the vocational education. The third amendment of "The Promotion Law'shows more space to the future development of vocational education. Faced with such a favorable policy, how to do marketing work is essential to the future survival and development of enterprises. Taking the adult non-diploma vocational education as the research object, this paper makes a discussion and analysis on it from industry analysis, porter five forces model and marketing strategy.
