档案管理人员的整体素质是做好档案管理工作的决定因素。目前川庆井下档案工作中普遍存在着对档案管理的重视程度不够、档案管理水平不高、档案队伍专业程度不高等问题。论文主要对川庆井下档案管理人员的培训教育工作进行了认真分析、思考和探索,希望能进一步提高川庆井下档案管理水平。

The personnel quality of the archivist is the decisive factor for doing a goodj ob in file management. At present ,there are few problems of the archives work in Chuanqing Drilling Changqing Undergroud Technology Company, such as the insufficient attention, low degree of management and specialization and so on. The paper mainly carries out a careful analysis, thinking and discussion on the personnel training and education of the archivists in Chuanqing Drilling Changqing Undergroud Technology Company, hoping to improve the level of its archives management.
