新常态下强化企业保卫工作的新途径

New Ways to Strengthen the Security Work of Enterprises Under the New Normal

面对煤炭企业经营的严峻考验,去产能优化结构已成常态,同时,随着企业改革发展的不断深化,各类社会矛盾也日益增多,这对企业内部保卫工作也提出了新的更高的要求。为适应新常态,论文以新屯矿为例,做出了几点简要的分析,以供借鉴。

When coal enterprises facing the baptism of its operation, the reduction of the capacity and optimization of the structure become the normal. Meanwhile, with the deepening reform and development of enterprises ,various social contradictions are also increasing ,this situation puts forward new and higher requirements for the internal security work .In order to adapt to the new normal, this paper takes the XinTun mine as an example, and makes some brief analysis ,for reference.
