Investigation Report of Five-Steps Method of TFDS Follower Detection

从板折断故障比较隐蔽,在人工技检作业中很难被发现,在TFDS机检作业过程中发现亦有一定的难度,2016年以来,茶坞运用车间将从板的折断故障作为难题进行破解,班组管理过程中摸索出从板检测"五步法",一年以来TFDS机检作业共发现从板折断故障(经确认属实并扣修)13件,消除了安全风险,确保了配属车运行的安全。

The fi＇acture failure of follower is more hidden, it is difficult to be found in the manual inspection operation, and it is found that there is some difficulty in the inspection process of TFDS machine. Since 2016, the fracture failure of follower has been as a problem to be cracked by the Chawu workshop, in the team management process ,they explore from the five-step method of foUower detection, for a year, there are 13 fracture failures o f follower （confirmed to be true and deducted）in the TFDS machine operations process,this eliminatedthesecurityrisks,and ensured the operation safety of allocation vehicles.
