摘要
以墨兰为研究对象,通过人工授粉,检测墨兰与春兰杂交后的坐果率和种子的离体萌发率;种子萌发后形成根状茎,筛选适宜根状茎增殖分化的培养基。结果表明:墨兰为母本的座果率为100%;果龄200~220 d采收适宜于离体播种;离体种子萌发后形成根状茎,其适宜的根状茎增殖分化培养基为1/2MS+6-BA2.0 mg·L^(-1)+KT 0.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.05 mg·L^(-1)。
The artificial pollination test was done between Cybidium sinensis and Cybidium goeringii. The average fruit set and the rate of germination were studied. The results showed that the hybrid rate of Cymbidium sinense x Cymbidium goeringii was 100%; the hybrid capsules with the maturity of 200-220ds has the highest germination rote; The appropriate medium wasl/2MS+6-BA2.0 mg · L^-1+ KT 0.5 mg L-1+ NAA 0.05 mg -1 · L^-1for multiphcalaon and differenlaalaon.
