中国城镇化协调性的测度

Research on the Coordination of the Urbanization in China

文章运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对人口城镇化、土地城镇化和经济城镇化之间的协调关系进行实证分析。经验数据表明,人口城镇化、土地城镇化与经济城镇化之间存在着互动关系。人口城镇化与经济城镇化发展总体上呈现出良好的互促关系;而人口城镇化对土地城镇化的支撑作用越来越弱,导致人口城镇化与土地城镇化间的状态协调度持续下降;经济城镇化对土地城镇化的支撑作用也越来越弱,导致土地城镇化与经济城镇化间的状态协调度持续下降。新型城镇化的背景下人口城镇化与土地城镇化间的状态协调度和经济城镇化与土地城镇化间的状态协调度需要改善。

This paper adopts data envelopment analysis （DEA） to analyze the coordinated relationship among population urbanization, land urbanization and economic urbanization. Empirical data show that there exist interactive support relationships between population urbanization, land urbanization and economic urbanization. Population urbanization and economic urbanization promote each other, while the support that population urbanization brings for land urbanization is getting inereasingly weak, which resuhs in a continuous decline of the coordination degree between land urbanization and economic urbanization. Under the circumstances of the new urbanization, the relationship among them needs to he improved.
