Research on the Subject Structure Function and System Optimization of Political Culture

在政治文化研究强势复兴中,学者们倡导包容性而非排斥性的多元主义政治文化研究。政治文化是政治行动者及其政治活动的灵魂和软件,它与政治机构等"硬件"共同构成了政治体系。政治文化作为政治的一个子系统,其功能是通过各个构成要素及其相互作用即结构而产生的。从政治文化的主体视角可把政治文化结构分为微观、中观和宏观三个层次,不同层次结构的政治文化功能不同。在当前的政治文化研究中,大多是抽象笼统地谈论政治文化的影响,没有探讨其具体的作用机制和功能。

In the revival of political culture research, scholars advocate inclusive and non-rejection of the pluralism. Political culture is the soul and software of political actors and their political activities, and it forms the political system together with the ＂hardware＂ of political institutions. As a subsystem of politics, the function of political culture is produced by various elements and their interaction. Based on the subject of the political culture, this paper puts forward the framework analysing the structure of the hierarchy, from the micro, meso and macro level of the three levels of political cultural structure, to explore the different levels of its functions. Most of the current political cultural studies talk about the influence of political culture abstractly and generally, and do not discuss their specific mechanisms and functions.
