摘要
在文献综述和理论分析的基础上,探讨网络能力与双元创新协同性之间的因果关系,以及环境动态性对上述关系的调节效应,提出有关的研究假设和概念模型。通过问卷调查和实证研究,对上述研究假设和概念模型进行检验。实证结果表明,网络能力对双元创新平衡性有负向影响,对双元创新互补性、协同性有正向影响;网络能力的网络愿景、网络构建、关系管理维度对双元创新平衡性有负向影响,网络能力的网络愿景、网络构建、组合管理维度对双元创新互补性有正向影响;环境动态性在网络能力与双元创新平衡性、互补性及协同性关系中起到正向调节作用。
Firstly, based on literature reviews and theoretical analysis, the paper discusses the network capability and ambidextrous innovation synergy, as well as the environment＇s effect on these relations, and puts forward hypotheses and concepts related to the model. And then through the questionnaire and empirical research, the study tests the above hypotheses and conceptual models. Empirical results showed that： network capacity has negative effect on balance dimension of ambidexterity; network capacity has positive effect on combined dimension of ambidexterity and ambidextrous innovation synergy; network vision, network building, and relationship management dimension degrees have negative effect on combined dimension of ambidexterity; network vision, network building, and combination management dimension degrees have positive effect on balance dimension of ambidexterity; environmental dynamism plays a positive role in positively mediating the relationship among network capacity, balance dimension of ambidexterity, combined dimension of ambidexterity and ambidextrous innovation synergy.
