摘要 在修正平衡计分卡评价维度的基础上,以系统动力学思想分析评价指标之间的因果关系,结合食品可追溯体系的具体内涵,在分析各评价指标对最终绩效影响强度的基础上,进行评价指标的合并聚类,构建一个食品可追溯体系绩效评价指标体系。分析结果表明,本文构建的评价指标系统不仅能够减少评价指标数量、简化评价指标体系结构,从而提高后继实际评价精度,也能满足指标冗余度和灵敏度的评价需求。 On the basis of revising the evaluation dimension of Balanced Scorecard, this paper analyzes the causal relationship between the evaluation indexes based on the system dynamics thought and the specific connotation of the food traceability system. On the basis of analyzing the impact intensity of each evaluation index on the final performance, the performance evaluation index system of food traceability system was constructed. The results show that the evaluation index system constructed in this paper can not only reduce the number of evaluation indicators and simplify the evaluation index system structure, but also can improve the accuracy of subsequent evaluation.
