摘要
从区域科技进步视角出发研究农业全要素生产率增长机制。利用广东省2006-2015年的面板数据,基于DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法对农业全要素生产率(TFP)进行测算和分解,从地市、珠三角、东西两翼、贫困山区四个区域层面探索区域科技进步对农业生产率的影响。结论表明:广东省农业生产率增长主要源泉是区域科技进步;广东农业TFP增长动因存在显著区域科技进步差异性;而区域科技差异性与产业科技创新能力有关。据此,从政策层面上提出推动广东农业进一步发展的策略建议。
The paper makes study on the mechanism of agricultural productivity growth from the perspective of regional scientific and technological progress. Using the panel data of Guangdong province in 2006-2015, based on DEA- Malmquist productivity index, the agricultural total factor productivity ( TFP ) was calculated and decomposed. The impact of regional scientific and technological progress on agricultural productivity in the Pearl River Delta, East and West Guangdong, poor mountainous areas in 24 small regions is analyzed. The results show that: the main source of productivity growth in Guangdong province is regional scientific and technological progress; there are significant regional scientific and technological progress differences in the growth of TFP in Guangdong; the difference of TFP regional science and technology is related to the ability of Industrial Science and technology innovation. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting agricultural development in Guangdong from policy decision.
