近年来，伴随全球资产管理行业的崛起，中国银行业资管也实现了年均30％的高增长。但经过多年的快速发展，国内资管行业逐步面临业务模式转型、市场风险积聚、监管趋严等多方面的挑战。文章在介绍国际资管业务发展经验的基础上，就促进国内银行资管业健康可持续发展、不断提升服务经济实体的能力提出相关建议。

In recent years, along with the rise of asset management industry in the global market, China＇s asset management of banks also recorded an average annual growth of 30%. Yet after years of rapid development, challenges have been seen in the business model transformation, accumulated market risks and tighter regulation in the asset management industry of China. This paper, based on the introduction of international development experience, offers relevant recommendations on promoting the healthy and sustainable development of China＇s asset management industry, so as to constantly improve the ability of banking sector to serve economic entities.
