摘要 为了优化溢流阀锥阀结构力学性能,提升锥阀工作的可靠性。首先,根据工业过程中锥阀性能的设计要求,分析了原结构参数紫铜阀芯的力学性能。其次,采用控制变量法,研究了单个结构参数对阀芯力学性能的影响特点。然后,针对阀芯锥角、阀座流道和阀座倒角结构,建立了参数化力学仿真模型,借助力学模拟、试验设计和数据处理等技术,以二阶响应面函数描述了多指标优化目标与结构参数之间的响应模型。最后,对系统结构响应模型进行了优化求解,并对优化效果进行了评估分析。结果表明,原结构参数的紫铜阀芯不满足力学设计要求,均匀设计试验法优化方案的优化效果良好,能够大幅提升锥阀芯工作的可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of optimizing the mechanical properties of relief cone valve and improving its working reliability, firstly, an original structure mechanical simulation model of red copper valve was analyzed on the basis of the design requirements of cone valve in industrial process. Secondly, effects of single structure parameters on valve mechanical properties were studied by controlling variables. Then, a parametric mechanical model was es- tablished according to the structure of valve cone angle, seat runner and chamfer. Response model between multi in- dex optimization objective and structure parameters was described by second-order response surface function, with the benefit of the technology of mechanical simulation, test design and DPS. Finally, the structure was optimized and the results were estimated. The resuhs show that the original structure cone valve made of red copper does not meet the design requirement. The optimization is effectively based on the uniform design test method. The working reliability of cone valve can be greatly improved.
