摘要
DNA是遗传信息的承担者,是生命活动的主要物质基础。随着科学技术的进步,DNA测序技术不断变化和发展。纳米孔测序技术是在电压的驱动下使DNA单碱基穿过纳米孔,通过分子移动时产生的闭合电流的变化直接读出DNA序列的一种快速、低成本测序技术。该技术主要利用物理方法,无需对DNA进行化学修饰、标定物插入等化学或生物处理。文章主要介绍了用于DNA测序的纳米孔分析技术的研究进展及应用。
DNA is undertaker of the genetic information and the main substance basis of vital movement. With the progress of science and technology, DNA sequencing technology constantly changing and developing. Nanopore sequencing technology is a rapid and cost-efficient DNA sequencing technique based on monitoring of closing current changes, which are caused by the migration of DNA bases through nanopores driven by applied external voltage. The technology is mainly use physical methods, don't need to make biological or chemical processing of DNA, such as the chemical modification and calibration objects inserted. This paper mainly introduced the research progress and applications of the nanopore analysis technology which based on DNA sequencing.
