中国农村电商与互联网金融融合发展研究——基于农业供给侧结构性改革视角

Research on the Integrated Development of Chinese Rural E-Commerce and Internet Finance——Based on the Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply Side

农业供给侧结构性改革的深化,离不开农村电商的创新发展;而农村电商的发展又离不开农村金融的支持。在当前"互联网+"时代背景下,针对农村电商发展提出的金融新需求,农村金融如何有效推动农村电商发展,建立与之相适应的长效联动机制,是当前经济新常态下农村经济转型和"三农"发展的重要课题之一。本文以农业供给侧结构性改革为视角,针对当前农村电商金融服务的痛点及新需求,重构农村电商金融服务业态,建立农村"互联网金融+电商"综合服务体系,最后指出优化农村电商与互联网金融发展联动机制的具体路径。

Deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side is inseparable from the innovation and development of rural e-commerce; and the development of rural e-commerce can not do without the support of rural finance. In the current ＂Internet plus＂ background, Facing the new demand of the development of rural e-commerce, rural finance how to effectively promote the development of rural e-commerce and establish a long-term mechanism to adapt to it, is one of the important subjects of the rural economic transformation and the development of ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂. Based on the structural reform of agricultural supply side, aiming at the pain points and new demands of current rural e-commerce financial services, this paper reconstructs financial service format in rural e-commerce, establish comprehensive service system of rural ＂Internet Financial ＋ e-commerce＂, and finally points out the concrete path to optimize the linkage mechanism of rural e-commerce and internet financial development.
