摘要
以沙棘果匀浆为材料,用2%草酸+1%盐酸溶液(V_1∶V_2=1∶2)作缓冲溶液,进行BoxBehnken设计,采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取沙棘果维生素C的工艺条件,研究超声功率、超声时间和料液比对维生素C提取量的影响。结果表明,沙棘果维生素C的最佳提取工艺条件是:超声功率344W,超声时间6min,料液比1∶10。此条件下沙棘果维生素C吸光度为0.629,比传统滴定法提取维生素C的提取率高36.26%。超声波辅助提取沙棘果维生素C的方法简便、准确且提取率高,为进一步开发利用沙棘果资源提供技术依据。
Buckthorn were homogenated by 2% oxalic and 1% hydrochloride as a buffer solution (V : V2=I 2) .Designed by Box-Behnken, response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process by ultrasonicassistance. Ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and ratio of solid to liquid were investigated. The optimal extractioncondition was ultrasonic power 344W, extracting time 30rain, and ratio of material to liquid 1 : 10. Theabsorbance of Vitamin C was 0.629, 36.26% higher than the traditional titration method. Extraction of the Vitamin Cfrom buckthorn with Ultrasonic Assistance was convenient, accurate and efficient. The study provides technical basisfor further exploitation and utilization of buckthorn.
