摘要
评定分光光度法测定黑米总酚含量的不确定度。建立相应的数学模型,运用测量不确定度的基本方法,对模型中各影响因素的不确定度进行计算和评定,并进行计算。结果表明曲线拟合引入的不确定度是合成不确定度的主要来源;按照JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,当取置信概率95%,最终得到测量的扩展不确定度为0.054mg/g(k=2)。本方法对分光光度法测定总酚含量结果的不确定度评定具有参考作用。
A mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty of total phenol content in black rice byspectrophotometry. The uncertainties of factors in the mathematical model were analyzed and calculated. The resultsshowed that the uncertainty caused by curve fitting process was the main source of U (X) . According to standard ofJJF1059-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement", the components of the uncertainties weresynthesized and extended. The uncertainty was 0.054mg/g (k=2) at 95% of the confidence probability. The methodprovides a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of total phenol by spectrophotometry.
