摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对饮料中甜菊糖苷测定进行了不确定度分析评价。应用不确定度理论分析检测数学模型,对测定不确定度的来源进行分析和量化。饮料中甜菊糖苷的相对扩展不确定度为8.615%。结果表明,在影响检测结果的6个不确定度分量中,标准溶液配制和拟合曲线求溶液中目标物引入的不确定度是对结果影响较大的两个不确定度分量,可通过减少这些不确定度分量提高测量结果的质量。
The uncertainty in the determination of stevioside in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography was studied. By applying of uncertainty theories, the mathematical model was analyzed, and the sources of uncertainty in the determination were traced and quantitated. The related expand uncertainty of stevioside in beverage was 8.615%. The results showed, among 6 factors of uncertainty, standard solutions preparation and liner fitting curve usage had greater influenced than others. Therefore, reducing the uncertainty in the above two factors can improve the quality of final determination results.
