摘要
对天然虾青素的研究概况进行了综述。虾青素有多种结构形式,具有抗氧化抗衰老等生物活性,在食品、药品、饲料添加剂以及化妆品领域都具有广阔的应用空间。目前天然虾青素的来源主要是海藻和微生物,针对目前天然游离虾青素的工业化分离纯化面临的问题,对未来的发展进行了展望。
This paper reviews the research progress about natural astaxanthin.Astaxanthin,which has varieties of isomers,has lots of biological activity such as antioxidant,anti-aging,etc.The natural astaxanthin has a broad application prospect in food,medicines,feed additives and cosmetics field.Algae and micro-organisms are the main sources of natural astaxanthin currently.Considering factors which restricted the industrial separation and purification,the prospect of natural astaxanthin＇s development is discussed in this paper.
