摘要 目的探讨N-cadherin表达在颞叶癫痫发生中的作用。方法制作慢性颞叶癫痫动物模型并观察其致痫后海马及齿状回组织中细胞损伤和苔藓纤维出芽等可塑性改变,采用免疫组织化学技术检测N-cadherin在大鼠海马及齿状回中的表达,采用t检验、Bivariate相关分析来探讨其与可塑性改变的关系。结果致痫SD大鼠可以观察到海马神经元损伤、苔藓纤维出芽等可塑性改变,且随时间的延长进行性增加;N-cadherin的表达明显增加,表达的时间和位置均与海马可塑性改变相一致。结论 N-cadherin的表达与神经元损伤呈负相关,可能参与海马可塑性改变的过程,进而影响颞叶癫痫发生。 Objective To investigate the role of N cadherin expression on epileptogenesis of the temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods The animal model was set up and observed the changes. With the immunohistochemistry method, It was detected the expression of the N-cadherin in experimental group and compare group and t-test, bivariate correlate evaluation were made in order to find the relationship between bippocampal plasticity and expression of the N-cad- herin. Results The morpbologic character of hippocampal plasticity such as neuronal death and mossy fiber sprount emerged in rat chronical seizure model. Expression of the N-cadherin in experimental group increased gradually accord to the time. The expression of the N-cadherin was correlated with the Neural plastic change negatively. Conclusion The expression of the N-cadherin is correlated with the neuronal death negatively and may participate the change of the Neural plastic and epileptogenesis of the temporal lobe epilepsy.
