摘要
培养具有工匠精神的优秀技能型人才的核心是课程建设,职业教育课程建设应以"工作过程知识"为主要内容,以"校本课程"为具体形态,通过更新教师与学生的教育观念,引入和培养"双师型"教师,加强校企合作,实行现代学徒制,以促进职业学校学生职业素质的全面提升,满足社会经济发展对于技能型人才的需求。
The core of training excellent skilled talents is the curriculum construction. Curriculum construction for vocational education should focus on work process knowledge, with school-based curriculum as the concrete form. It should also strengthen cooperation, implement modem apprenticeship by updating the teachers and students of the educational concept, introduction and cultivation of dualmode teachers to comprehensively promote the quality of students in vocational schools and meet the demand of social and economic development for skilled talents.
