摘要
采用问卷法调查中职生职业延迟满足现状,结果显示:中职生群体职业延迟满足平均分为18.19分,63.3%的被试处于高分组,职业延迟满足整体水平较高;生源地、教养方式和成绩在职业延迟满足水平上的差异有统计显著性;家庭年收入、监护主体和父母最高文化程度在职业延迟满足水平上的差异无统计学意义。中职生总体上是一个积极的群体,可以通过增强自我效能感、发展学生意志力、改善家庭教养方式与利用榜样人物等策略提升其职业延迟满足水平。
By the means of questionnaire, the paper investigates the status quo about the gratification of occupational delay for secondary vocational school students. The results showed that the average point of gratification of occupational delay for the Secondary vocational school students was 18.19 and 63.3% of subjects are in the high-score group. Therefore, the general level of the gratification of occupational delay is high. In the perspective of the gratification of occupational delay, differences in origin of students, means of cultivation and achievements showed statistical significance; differences in family annual income, supervision subjects and parental highest degrees showed no statistics significance. Generally speaking, students in secondary vocational schools are positive. And their gratification of occupational delay can be improved by strategies, including enhancing self-efficacy, developing students' willpower, improving family upbringing and setting models, etc.
