摘要
比较德国新旧《职业教育法》中学业评价内容,借鉴德国的经验,以优化我国《职业教育法》中的学业评价内容。我国应提高职业教育学业评价的针对性,增强制度文本的可操作性,从与国际教育对接的角度完善学业评价制度内容。
The paper compares the learning assessment part of 1969 Act with that of 2005 Act and takes in experience from Germany critically in order to optimize the same part of China Vocational Education Act. China should increase the pertinence of vocational education learning assessment and enhance the operability of the system text and then, improve the learning assessment system in the perspective of international education.
