摘要
高校转型是高等教育适应经济社会变化的发展方式变革,也是一项长期的、复杂的系统工程。教学团队是高校教学建设和改革的先导力量,适应高校转型是现阶段教学团队内涵发展的必然要求。打破"重学轻术"的传统观念及其教学、科研运行模式,重构教学团队理念,按照职业教育规律跨界融合行业企业开展教学与科研,提高应用型人才培养质量和服务社会的能力,是教学团队适应高校转型,实现教学团队内涵创新发展的理性选择。
The transformation of university is the development mode change of higher education to adapt to economic and social development.It is also a long-term and complex system engineering.Teaching team is the leading force of the teaching construction and reform in universities.Adapting to the transformation of universities is the necessary requirement of teaching team development at present.To adapt to the transformation of universities,and to realize the teaching team innovation and development,it is a rational choice to break the traditional concept of'valuing learning and ignoring skills',and to reform teaching and scientific research mode:reconstructing the concept of teaching team,integrating industry enterprises to carry out teaching and research according to the regularity of vocational education,improving the applied talents in training quality and the ability of serving the society.
