随着模具行业的发展,模具的精度要求不断提高,模具检测技术的重要性日益凸显,在详细介绍了模具外形的精密测量、模具无损检测、模具材料的力学性能检测、微观分析及环境试验后,提出了现代模具检测技术的发展趋势,为模具的检测提供一定的指导与参考。
With the development of die ＆ mould industry, the precision requirement of die ＆ mould was increasing gradually and the importance of die ＆ mould inspection techlono- gy was increasingly. After presenting the precision measurement of die ＆ mould surface, non-destructive inspection of die ＆ mould, and the mechanical property testing, microstruc- tural analysis and environmental test of die ＆ mould materials in detail, the development trend of modern die ＆ mould inspection technology was proposed, which could provide some guidance for the inspection of die ＆ mould.
