摘要
针对传统汽车散热器主片成形缺陷,对其成形工艺和模具结构进行优化,将传统的压包、压筋预成形简化成压筋预成形,且主片扁管孔由冲孔成形改为翻孔成形。经生产实际验证,该模具结构合理,主片冲压成形的尺寸达到图纸要求,制件的成形质量提高。
In order to improve the forming defects of the traditional automobile radiator, the forming process and the die structure were optimized. The traditional stretching pre-forming process was simplified, and the piercing process of the main leaf fiat tube was changed into hole flanging forming. The actual production verified that the die structure was reasonable, and the size of the main leaf met the drawing requirements.
