摘要 针对前夹簧传统成形工艺采用5副单工序模工艺生产效率低的问题,进行工艺改进,采用19个工位的级进模进行生产。介绍了前夹簧级进模生产的成形工艺和排样设计,分析了影响前夹簧成形质量的原因,采取措施减小回弹改善制件成形质量,并对模具关键工作零件的设计进行讨论。实践证明:模具结构合理,零件成形质量合格,可为其他系列摇架前夹簧的单工序模的制造提供参考。 In order to improve the efficiency of traditional forming process with 5 single dies for the front collet, a progressive die with 19 stations was designed. The forming process and layout design of the front collet were presented. The reasons for its forming quality were analyzed and some measures were taken to reduce the springback. The design of the key parts of the die was discussed. The practice proved that the die structure was reasonable and the forming parts were qualified, which could provide reference for restructuring the single die for other series of front collet.
