微纳米氮化硼改性聚四氟乙烯喷口材料耐烧蚀性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了获得耐烧蚀性能优异且综合性能较好的喷口材料配方,以微、纳米氮化硼为无机填料对聚四氟乙烯喷口材料进行填充改性,并对其关键性能进行测试分析。结果表明:当填料填充量低于5%时,纳米氮化硼填充喷口材料的力学性能远高于微米氮化硼填充喷口材料,其耐烧蚀性能和电气强度提升更为显著。 To obtain formula of nozzle material with excellent ablation resistance and good overall performance, PTFE nozzle materials were modified by micro and nano BN, and then their key performances were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the filling content is lower than 5%, the mechanical properties of the nano-BN modified nozzle material is much higher than that of the nano-BN modified nozzle material, and the improvement of ablation resistance and electric strength is more significant. The results provide reference for the application of nano-BN in nozzle materials.
