变压器油、汽轮机油中苯酚类抗氧化剂的定量检测方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用气相色谱质谱联用法测定变压器油、汽轮机油中的苯酚类抗氧化剂含量,包括2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚(简称T501)和2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,建立了变压器油、汽轮机油中苯酚类抗氧化剂的定量检测方法,包括萃取进样法和直接进样法。结果表明:萃取进样法和直接进样法均可用于变压器油、汽轮机油中苯酚类抗氧化剂的定量检测,突破了现有标准只能检测T501一种抗氧化剂的局限,建立了利用气质联用仪检测变压器油、汽轮机油中两种常见酚类抗氧化剂含量的方法,为变压器油、汽轮机油中有机小分子的高效检测提供了新方法和新思路。 The phenolic antioxidant content in transformer oil or turbine oil, including 2,6-di-tert-butyl-para cresol (T501) and 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The quantitative determination methods, including liquid-liquid extraction method and direct injection method, were established. The results show that the liquid-liquid extraction method and direct injection method both can be applied in the detection of phenolic antioxidant content in transformer oil or turbine oil, breaking the limitation of existing standard which can only detect T501. These two methods provide references and new ideas for the efficient detection of small organic molecules in transform- er oil or turbine oil.
