带压作业闸板防喷器胶芯密封性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 利用三维建模SolidWords软件及有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了带压作业闸板防喷器胶芯与管柱密封结构的三维简化模型。该密封结构属于组合式密封结构,由丁腈类橡胶(NBR)组成的橡胶基体和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)组成的耐磨块构成。研究了3种不同封井压力作用下胶芯与管柱之间的应力分布规律。结果表明:在液压封井力为20 MPa时,该闸板防喷器胶芯可用于密封井底压力不超过35 MPa的带压作业环空;胶芯失效位置主要集中在橡胶基体与上下垫板接触区域及耐磨块圆弧面上靠近中线位置区域,与现场实际应用中胶芯的失效位置基本相符,验证了分析的正确性。 The three-dimensional simplified model between rubber core and pipe of the Rom BOP used in snubbing service were established by utilizing software Solidworks,which is composed of the rubber substrate (NBR) and wear insert (UHMW-PE). Meanwhile,the model was analyzed by using the finite element analysis soft Abaqus, which is the nonlinear finite element contact a- nalysis. The distribution of contact stress between the rubber core and the drilling pipe in three different loading were studied. The results show that the rubber core can be used for sealing no more than 35 MPa in snubbing at the hydraulic stripper force of 20 MPa. The main failure location of rubber core focus on the contact area between the rubber matrix and top and bottom plate and near the central position on the circular surface of wear insert,which is consistent with the actual conditions of the oilfield and which explained the reliable of finite element analysis results,other- wise,which provides a theoretical reference for rubber core.
