摘要
研究深水防喷器控制系统换向阀的可靠性对海洋钻井安全具有十分重要的意义。通常,一个阀件的失效可能会导致系统故障,带来无法估量的损失。参照相关标准制订了可靠性试验方案、故障判定和统计原则,对随机抽取的12台换向阀进行了模拟真实工作环境的试验。对换向阀失效模式及寿命次数进行了统计分析,得出了换向阀可以达到预期平均无故障工作时间的结论。为深水防喷器控制系统的国产化和工程应用奠定基础。
It has great significance to research the reliability of directional control valve deepater bop control system. Usually the valve failure will cause system fault and bring immeasurable loss. According to the relevant standards, the reliability test plan, fault judgment and statistical princi- ple are developed to lay twelve random selected valves in real working environment to test. The failure modes and life times of valve are counted and analyzed. It is concluded that the directional valve can achieve expected mean time between failures. It can lay the foundation for engineering application and localization of deepwater bop control system.
