东海栈桥安装对管线布置的影响 被引量:2

摘要 东海栈桥位移较大,栈桥上管线的应力分析计算难度大,耗费时间长,对管线的布置要求也很高。栈桥的安装偏差超过既定范围,就会对栈桥和组块的管线连接造成影响,需要重新备料、重新布置管线并进行应力分析。结合东海某平台的栈桥安装案例,对栈桥安装的高度、长度以及角度偏差对栈桥上管线布置的影响进行了分析,指出布置管线时需要充分考虑水深测量误差以及导管架过渡段调整,针对高度偏差应当进行备料、管线规划和管线应力分析预案,尽量避免管线从栈桥侧面或者栈桥底部进入栈桥,管线进入栈桥前应当预留较长的直管段,可为东海栈桥上管线布置提供参考。 The pipeline of bridge displacement is larger on the East China Sea, so the piping stress analysis is more difficult to calculation and need take more time and need higher pipeline layout requirements. When the installation deviation of bridge exceeding design range, the pipe- line connection between the bridge and the platform will be affected,materials need to be prepared and piping needs to be rearranged and stress analysis needs to be recalculated. Based on platform installation case on the East China Sea, the affection of the bridge installation height, length, angle deviation on pipeline arrangement was analyzed, the measurement error of the water depth and the transition segment adjustment of jacket should be fully considered and material for installation deviation of bridge installation height needs to be prepared and piping layout and pipeline stress a- nalysis plan needs to be prepared when the piping is arranged, the pipeline should avoid enter bridge through the bridge side or at the bottom of the bridge, a long straight pipe should be reserved before the piping entering the bridge. It can provide reference for piping layout of bridge on the East China Sea.
