摘要 介绍一种新型锁紧环式天然气过滤器快开盲板密封结构及密封原理,该结构采用具有特定浮动功能的新型鞍形密封圈,使得结构快开功能及密封性能得到更好保证。基于GB 150—2011《压力容器》,推荐了快开盲板结构,包括门盖、高颈法兰、锁紧环整体强度计算方法,采用有限元分析软件进行了橡胶密封圈密封性能分析。结合实际工程案例进行了新型快开盲板的结构设计和分析,并完成了样机试制。试验测试和有限元分析结果均表明新型鞍形密封圈快开盲板结构合理可靠,具有良好的工程应用前景。 A kind of locking band type quick opening end closure is introduced, with improved saddle-shaped rubber sealing ring having the feature of floatability,in order to be well both in the feature of quick opening and the seal performance. Meanwhile, based on the existing Chinese na- tional standards,the structural strength calculation method is recommended, the structure design and analysis are carried out with the actual engineering case, and the structural trial and performance test are completed. In addition, the numerical simulation was conducted by using the finite element analysis software to research the seal performance of the rubber sealing ring. In summary,this structure has a bright engineering application prospect.
