摘要
采用16.67 tex/144 f咖啡炭涤纶DTY与16.67 tex/144 f涤纶DTY作为毛绒纱,11.11 tex/47 f涤纶FDY作为地纱,在双针床拉舍尔经编机上开发拉舍尔毛毯。详细阐述原料选择、整经、设备参数、上机参数、意匠图、垫纱图等编织工艺,以及白坯定形、染色、还原洗、柔软整理、定形等染整工艺,并对面料的基本物理性能、功能性、抗菌性进行测试。结果表明,开发的产品在保持拉舍尔毛毯风格的基础上,具有优良的远红外发射、释放负离子、抗菌性、热湿性等保健功能。
The paper develops raschel blanket on double needle bar raschel warp-knitting machine by using 16.67 tex/144 f coffee carbon fiber and 16.67 tex/144 f polyester DTY as plush yarn, 11.11 tex/47 f polyester DTY as ground yarn. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw materials preparation, warping, equipment parameters setting, processing parameters, notation plotting, lapping diagram, and the dyeing and finishing technology such as grey cloth setting, dyeing, reduction cleaning, softening finishing and setting. In addition, the basic physical properties, functional and anti-bacterial property of the fabric are tested. The results show that in addition to the normal good properties of raschel blankets, the fabric presents excellent health-care functions including far-infrared emission, anion release, anti-bacterial, thermal and moist properties.
