Innovative Design of Weft Knitted Composite Structure

基于纬编针织机基本构造和工作原理,对纬编针织复合组织进行创新设计研究。从编织方式方面进行创新设计主要通过与全成形编织原理相结合、与圆机机械设备相结合、与模块化编织系统相结合、与针织后整理相结合等方式,并从图案花纹和服装功能性方面进行创新设计,通过实例对创新设计方法进行阐述分析。提出的纬编针织复合组织是在服装设计中形成创新组织的设计思路,为针织织物组织开发及服装设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Based on the basic structure and working principle of weft knitting machine, this paper studies the innovative design of weft knitted composite structure. From the knitting method, innovative design is mainly through the combination with the integrated knitting principle, the circular machine mechanical hardware, the modular knitting system, the knitting finishing and other ways. Besides, from the pattern and the clothing function aspects of innovative design, this paper elaborates and analyzes innovative design methods by examples. The proposed weft knitted composite structure is a design idea of forming the innovative structure in the clothing design, which provides some references and advices for development of the knitting fabric structures and clothing design.
