经济新常态下硕士生就业的困境与对策——基于对两所高校硕士生的调查

Difficulties and Countermeasures the Employment of Postgraduates in the Context under New Economic Norms——Based on the Surveys of two Universities' Postgraduates

在经济新常态下,经济形势的转变促使就业结构发生变化,硕士生的就业问题日益严峻。以两所高校硕士生为研究对象,以反映硕士生就业过程存在的困境,并结合时代背景分析硕士生就业困境原因:产业结构调整对于人才需求发生转变;政府就业政策缺位导致就业保障形式化;高校人才培养机制滞后于市场人才需求;硕士生就业观念误区导致择业期望偏高等。而硕士生就业困境出路依赖于政府、企业、高校与个人通力合作,通过产业结构调整与增长动力转变、优化高校人才培养机制、构建政府"互联网+就业服务"系统、硕士生积极提升自身素质等方式来促进积极就业。

In the context of new economic norm, the change of economic situation has led to the change of em- ployment structure, and the problem of employment of graduate students is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, some graduate students are studied, which reflects the problems of graduate students in the employment. The main reason for the difficult employment include industrial structure adjustment and upgrading for the talent needs to change ; the lack of national employment polity to promote the formalization of employment security; college per- sonnel training mechanism lag and is out of the market＇ s talent demand ; master＇ s employment concept of misunder- standing led to their career expectations high. The way out of employment difficulties depends on the joint efforts of government, enterprises, and universities. In another word, to effectively address the difficulty in employment, the industry structure should be adjusted, the growth driving force should be transformed, university should prioritize talent training mechanism, government should construct ＂internet employment service＂ system, and postgraduates should actively promote their own competence etc.
