思想政治教育视域下大学生宿舍人际关系调适研究

Research of the Adjustment of Interpersonal Relationship in College Students' Dormitory from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育与大学生宿舍人际关系相互关联,和谐的宿舍人际关系保障、促进大学生思想政治教育工作的实施,思想政治教育对建构宿舍和谐人际关系起导向、教化作用。大学生的个性特征、不良舍风、大学生对宿舍人际关系的认知、大学生的排斥心理等影响宿舍人际关系的因素制约思想政治教育的推进。发挥舍长作用和提升学生自管能力,开展宿舍文化活动,改善学校后勤管理工作,推进辅导员进宿舍等,是调适宿舍人际关系、提高思想政治教育效果的基本对策。

Ideological and political education is interrelated with the interpersonal relationship of college dormi- tory. Harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship guarantees and promotes the implementation of ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education plays an important oriented and en- lightened role in the construction of dormitory harmonious interpersonal relationship. Factors affecting interpersonal relations in dormitory which include personality characteristics of college students, bad hostel atmosphere, college student~ cognition on dormitory interpersonal relations and exclusion psychology of college students restrict the pro- motion of ideological and political education. The actions of playing head of a dormitory role and enhance students ~ self- management ability, carrying out activities in the dormitory culture, improving the school logistics manage- ment work and advancing counselors into dormitories are to adjust the dormitory interpersonal relationship, improve the ideological and political education effect of the basic countermeasures.
