Based on an analysis of the difficulties in the development of commercial financing guarantee corporations,the paper puts forward the following countermeasures： the government should create a sound social credit environment,improve the laws and regulations regulatory system,intensify policy support,and encourage free competition among corporations; commercial financing guarantee corporations should enhance their own strength,upgrade the internal risk control mechanism in an all-round way,strengthen the consultation and cooperation with banks,and innovate the guarantee products.
