摘要
电力电子变压器(PET)包含多级电能变换环节和大量元器件,制约了其效率、功率密度和可靠性的提升。基于模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)的应用,本文提出一种高频链模块化PET电路拓扑。采用矩阵变换的方式可减少电能变换环节,并且所提拓扑可减少高频变压器与子模块的数量,具有体积和重量优势。针对该PET,分析了其工作特性与控制策略设计方法。仿真试验结果表明了所提拓扑及控制方法的可行性。
Power electronic transformer includes a plurality of power conversion links and a large number of compo- nents, which limits its efficiency, power density and reliability improvement. Based on the application of modular multilevel matrix converter, a novel PET topology based on modular converter with high-frequency link is proposed in this paper. The energy conversion process can be reduced by using the matrix transformation. What is more, the proposed topology can also reduce the number of high-frequency transformers and sub-modules, with the advantages of volume and weight. According to the PET, the operation characteristics and control strategy design method are analyzed. Simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed topology and control method.
