摘要
利用先驱体转化法制备了立方晶系闪锌矿ZnS六方纳米框结构;通过改变反应物的浓度,还可以得到ZnS纳米盒结构。这种通过先驱体转化得到ZnS中空结构的制备方法具有简单易行、条件温和、成本低廉、可重复性、产率高等特点。通过对反应时间、反应温度、转化条件、溶剂效应等单因素探究,可以得到既能保持前体物形貌又能使转化完全的最佳反应条件。
By using the precursor conversion method, a cubic sphalerite ZnS six square nano-frame structure is prepared.Sphalerite nano-boxes are obtained by altering the concentration of the reactants.The preparation method for obtaining the hollow structure of ZnS through the precursor conversion has the characteristics of easy operation, mild condition, low cost, repeatability, high yield, etc.Through the exploration of reaction time, reaction temperature, conversion condition, and solvent effect, the best reaction conditions to both maintain the precursor morphology and make its conversion complete can be obtained.
