摘要 "光敏电阻特性研究"实验是大学物理实验教学中常见的实验项目,在该实验基础上配备相应实验设备、电子元器件,开设综合设计性实验项目"光敏传感器基本特性与应用"。该设计性实验在内容安排上既有传统的电路组装、简单的测量应用,又引进前沿科技——传感器的概念,其物理概念涉及光学、电学、热学,半导体等知识,内容丰富、难易程度明显,适合低年级不同层次、不同专业的学生。 Research on Basic Characteristics of Photosensitive Sensor is a common college physical experiment project.This article discusses the setup of a comprehensive design experimental project of Basic Characteristics and Application of Photosensitive Sensor, by combining years of experience in teaching, along with experimental equipment and electronic components.The design experiment contains the traditional circuit assembly, simple measurement and application.This paper introduces the concept of sensors, as well as physical concept including optical, electrical and thermal, semiconductor physics.The experiment has substantial contents and is easy to practice for lower grade students from different majors.
