摘要
随着城市存量不动产的快速增加,物业管理专业毕业生的实践能力方面的要求越来越高。实验课程和实习环节对于学生这方面能力的培养效果显著。针对物业管理行业发展面临的变革环境,基于行业发展产生的对物业管理人才的新需求,探索物业管理本科教育的实验课程建设,以期为其他相关高校的物业管理实验课程建设提供参考和借鉴。
With the rapid increase of real estate in city, undergraduates in property management major need to have strong practical ability.Experimental courses and internships have significant effect for students to cultivate the ability in this area.Property management industry is undergoing drastic changes, bringing new demands of talents.In order to provide some references for other related colleges and universities, this paper explores the construction of experimental courses of property management for undergraduate education.
