The strategy of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation is of great social and economic significance, which helps to accelerate economic restructuring, encourage popular entrepreneurship and innovation and promote a new round of economic： development. In addition, the research of intellectual property would be conducive to ensuring the implementation of the strategy of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This article firstly reviewed relevant literature, then analyzed the limited factors in the practice of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in China, and finally put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for advancing the practice of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation by means of making full use of intellectual property.
