摘要
对于大型企业而言,铁路运输是必不可少的物流方式之一,是大型资源型企业的的主要运输渠道。铁路工务成本已成为一种庞大的支出预算成本,直接影响着企业的利润水平的生产和经营。企业必须避免材料成本差异或组织的劳动力冗余给铁路成本管理带来不良影响。因此将重点分析特殊的过渡时期,简要论述如何优化材料成本管理、劳动组织和管理,以提高企业铁路物资预算管理的成本优化。
For large enterprises, railway transportation is one of the essential way and the main channel for the transport of large resource-based enterprises. The cost of railway has become a huge expenditure budget cost, which directly affects the profit level of the enterprise production. Management of enterprises must avoid a labor surplus material cost difference or or- ganization bringing adverse effects to the railway cost management. So we will foc, us on the special transition period, briefly discussing how to optimize the material cost management, labor organization and management, to improve the budget cost opti- mization of enterprise materials management in railway.
