叶嘉莹在解读与研究过程中,不但立足诗词文本注重审美意蕴的诠解,而且将之放到原有的历史文化语境中加以把握与析解,揭示诗词所蕴涵的儒家文化意蕴与历史之维。以儒家文化观照中国古典诗词与诗学的审美特性,不仅可以揭示古典诗词所蕴涵的儒家文化意蕴,而且也将拓展和丰富学界对诗词的研究和解读。

In the process of studying Chinese classical poetry and poetics, YE Jiaying not only focuses on aesthetic implication interpretation on the poems, but also reveals its implication of Confucian culture and historical dimension by putting it into the original historical and cultural context. The method of Confucian culture scrutinizing on the aesthetic characteristics of Chinese classical poetry and poetics reveals the impli- cation of Confucian culture in classical poetry, and expands and enriches the research and interpretation of poetry in academic circles.
